SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment, Monday - Friday, excepting holidays. If, for any reason, we encounter shipping delays we will contact you with updated delivery times.

Items are shipped from Montréal, Canada via Canada Post or UPS, depending on package size and destination.

Residents of Canada are responsible for GST/HST on their purchase.

Tariffs on orders to the United States are included, thus the customer will not need to pay additional charges when their order arrives.

International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees upon delivery, for which the buyer is completely responsible. Ursa Minor is not responsible for these payments or for any delays in customs clearance.

Ursa Minor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact us prior to purchase if you require delivery signature confirmation. Unfortunately we can't do anything to speed up delivery times once an order has left our studio. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS Shipping has become increasingly complex between Canada and the United States in recent months due to current tariffs. We are happy to offer exchange or store credit for full-price items. Store credit can be used on anything in the shop and never expires. Unfortunately duties and tariffs are non-refundable as they are remitted to the US government before an order ships, therefore if a refund is requested the tariff amount (currently 26.6% of order value) will be removed from your refund.

For Canadian customers we are happy to offer store credit, exchange, or return on full-priced unwashed, unworn garments within 2 weeks of purchase. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise - any charges Ursa Minor incurs on returns will be removed from your refund. 

All returns must be sent via Canada Post or USPS only (NOT UPS, FedEX, DHL etc)

Shipping and duties are non-refundable and return shipping charges are incurred by the client.

All sales items are considered FINAL SALE.
